Medical Info: In better than average shape, I guess. In current continuity her physiology was altered by magic to make her aquatic, including her respiratory system, and another magical thingy has temporarily made her able to breathe air as well. So asdjfs who even knows what to put under her medical info >:?
Eyes: officially brown, though often drawn pretty ruddy, so auburn maybe?
Hair: brown, though also sometimes drawn reddish
Physical traits: Covered in what appear to be patterns of red tattoos. These are actually not ink, but part of her mutation.
What's Okay To Mention Around Him/Her: Whatevs! She's pretty laid-back and already kind of genre-savvy.
Abilities: Water breathing obviously! Her main mutation though is that she has the ability to phase through solid objects, similar to Kitty Pryde, except when she does it the obects she passes through disintengrate. I believe the technical explanation is that when she passes through things, she causes the bonds that hold the molecules of the object together with each other to break down, turning whatever it is into nothing but a bunch of disconnected molecules, so sometimes you might get a pile of dust left behind.

It should be noted that in non-living objects, it seems to only affect the part of the object she actually touches, but in living things, the effect spreads until there's nothing left. So if she uses her power on someone, it means they will die, which is why she doesn't like to use it.
Notes for the Psychics/Magically or Spiritually sensitive: I'm pretty sure all Xavier's students are taught some minor telepathic resistance, but don't quote me on that. As for the magic, Loa is affected on a genetic level by an ancient magical artifact of Atlantean origin, as well as a magical Atlantean potion. She also has extensive knowledge of magical subjects, though she hasn't actually been shown to have tried to do any magic herself.
Can I shapeshift/bodyswap/spit at/step on/etc?: Probably, but maybe talk to me first?
